Annamaet Petfoods is happy to announce an exciting partnership with the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) for the launch of our newest canine formula, Annamaet Sustain®.
The fish source used in Annamaet Sustain® is a sustainable and MSC-certified wild caught Pacific cod. This palatable formula is a grain free, fresh meat formula, that also provides a stable source of Omega 3 Fatty Acids. As demonstrated by the blue ecolabel on each bag, the MSC certified seafood in Annamaet Sustain® can be traced back to a trusted, sustainably-managed source. It is important to trust where your fish is from. A pet food certified to use the MSC ecolabel must undergo a yearly inspection of their plant and sourcing. Also, in order to place the MSC ecolabel directly on a product’s packaging, over 95% of the fish used must be MSC certified. In Annamaet’s case, 100% of the fish used in Annamaet Sustain is MSC certified.
