National Pet Obesity Awareness Day

This October 12th is considered National Pet Obesity Awareness Day.  Did you know that obesity is the number one health problem in dogs today?  An estimated 58% of cats and 54% of dogs in the United States are overweight, with a high percentage of those pets considered obese.  Studies show that obesity can shorten a pet’s lifespan by two years.

At Annamaet, we feel that there needs to be a healthy alternative for those dogs suffering from obesity, and so Annamaet Lean was formulated!  With half the fat of our other grain free products, it is high in protein with additional carnitine and omega 3 fatty acids.

Here is a happy, healthy Annamaet customer, Socs, with his bag of Lean!  Socs had some weight concerns before trying Annamaet Lean, and after a few months of his new diet with some regular exercise, he is now at a healthy weight.  Socs’ family says “he has more energy and confidence than ever, he is the leader of the pack when walking with the neighborhood dogs, and has so much more energy to run through the woods!”

Talk to your veterinarian about improving your pet’s quality of life, like Socs’ family did!
