Although we have faced buffalo shortages as many have in the Pet Food Industry, we have no plans to discontinue Annamaet Manitok. With the lack of quality buffalo sources available, we have been looking into reformulating the Manitok and pulling the buffalo from the product. As many of you that have been using Manitok for several years will remember the original Manitok had no buffalo in the formula. We are currently looking at replacing the buffalo with deboned lamb. We refuse to use any buffalo that does not meet our strict quality standards.
If any changes need to made to the formula they will be announced in advance here on our website and the packaging will reflect the changes. A test batch will be run and thoroughly tested before being released to our valued customers!
