Annamaet’s grain free poultry formula is made with chicken and duck. Annamaet Salcha is very palatable and has helped many dogs with sensitive skin and coat. “Salcha” is named after a small village in the interior of Alaska, where we have spent many hours formulating and testing Annamaet formulas.
ANNAMAET SALCHA is formulated to meet the nutritional levels established by the AAFCO Dog Food Nutrient Profiles for ALL Life Stages including the growth of large size dogs (70 lb or more as an adult).

ADULTS – The age and activity level of your dog will help you determine the amount of Annamaet Salcha to feed your dog. The feeding chart to the left is approximate measures for average weights. The look, feel, and actions of your dog should help you determine the amount of feed they need.
FEMALES – Gestation and Lactation are one of the most nutritionally demanding stages of a normal adult dogs’ life. Food consumption will increase during gestation. Feed the necessary amount to maintain her proper body weight. During lactation, food intake may double or quadruple.
PUPPIES – Growing puppies should have approximately twice the amount of calories per pound of body weight as an adult dog. If feeding puppies please feed approximately double the amount in the feeding directions from 8 weeks to 8 months of age. They can be fed moistened amounts twice daily after 8 months of age.
A standard measuring cup holds approximately 5.1 ounces or 144 grams of Annamaet Salcha.
It is a must that all dogs and puppies should have access to fresh, clean water at all times. Their feed and water containers should be washed daily. Please remember, that dogs are like humans, and different dogs have different appetites.
