The look, feel, and actions of your cat should help you determine the amount of feed they need to help maintain an ideal body condition for your cat.
FEMALES – Gestation and Lactation are one of the most nutritionally demanding stages of a normal adult cat’s life. Food consumption will increase during gestation. Feed the necessary amount to maintain her proper body weight. During lactation, food intake may double or quadruple.
KITTENS – Kittens generally begin eating moistened food at 3 to 4 weeks of age. At 6 to 8 weeks kittens will typically eat dry or moistened food at will. Food amounts should be adjusted as needed to help maintain an ideal body condition for your growing kitten.
